rules

general rules:
- my work may not be used to train on any AI (this includes, C.AI, janitorbot, or any personal AI bots).
- i have a right to refuse any commissions based on subject matter or client attitude.
- please reach out to me on tumblr or discord for inquires about commissions.
i will not write:
- real person fiction (this does not include characters played by actors).
- "correction" plots ("gay man meets the right woman and becomes a straight man because he was confused", etc).
- real life tragedies/horrific events (serial killers, mass shootings, terrorist attacks, etc).
- animal abuse, zoophilia
- acts of racism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, misogyny, etc.
schedule:
- expect to hear back within 24 hours after your initial message is sent.
- depending on the size of the commission, it can take me anywhere from a week to a month to complete.
- it is your responsibility to give me a deadline when you want your work received by the latest. depending on the size of your commission, if the latest due-by date is too small, you will be asked to pay a rush fee, choose another date, or have your order cancelled.
- there will be no harassment to me, the author, for time passed, work speed, or activity regarding any work.
copyright:
- i own the work that i write, but not the fandoms that i am writing for!
- you can post my work with credit attached.
- you CANNOT claim my work for your own, edit it, or alter it in any way whatsoever.
- i have a right to repost/publish your commission unless otherwise indicated.
payment:
- i only accept payments through ko-fi in USD. if you are paying with another form of currency, you will need to do the exchange rate to USD.
- you will be paying for the price of your commission up front, and only once payment is received will i begin to work on your piece.
- i hold no responsibility for any monetary or technical issues on your end.
refunds:
- a 100% refund will only be issued if i have not begun to work on the storyboarding process.
- if a commission needs to be cancelled by me, i will refund the buyer 100%.
revisions, feedback and the finished product:
- commission pieces will be given to you via a PDF, this includes the final piece.
- you are free to request the wip/storyboard at any point in time.
- if mistakes are found after the final product is sent (grammatical, spelling, etc), corrections are allowed and of no charge.
- it is your responsibility to give me all of the information that is essential for your commission. once the commission is complete, you cannot add on anything that was previously not mentioned.
- feedback is welcomed once the commission piece is completed!
